There are absolutely no refunds or returns—no exceptions.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the size chart and confirming all details with us prior to placing their order. If you’re unsure about sizing or options, please reach out directly before submitting payment.

Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business weeks, not including shipping.

During high-demand seasons, production may take longer. If you were given a different timeline by D’Malyah’s Divine Designs directly, that will override the standard time.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days). Shipping time may vary based on your location, region, or weather conditions and can take up to 1 week.
